1. Cotton Bales Shankar-6

We are specialized in manufacturing and supplying raw cotton bales. These rarely available cotton bales have made a place for themselves for their excellence in quality. We offer and extensive range of Raw Cotton Sharkar-6 (S-6) [Long/Short Staple] and V-797 [Short Staple] available in the market at highly competitive price. This range of cotton is sowed in the month of June and July and is harvested in November to February. Shankar - 6 is commonly cultivated in a large area of about 4.4 million acres mainly in the state of Gujarat. The annual production of company is around 175 Thousand bales (160 to 170 Kg/bale).

3. Cotton Linter

Delinting is process of removal of short fiber from the cotton seeds before sent for oil extraction from cotton seeds. The process is perform in three stages:

• Cotton seeds are passed through delinter machine; this removes substantial part of short cotton fiber.
• Partially Delinted cotton seeds are then passed through brush delinter machine that generally comprises 6% short cotton from cotton seeds.
• In the process of Delinting the output of 2nd cut cotton linter, staple length is 2 mm. to 5mm. Maximum.

Cotton Linters are very useful for paper board industry and thus wood pulp and other natural resources are saved. Cotton short fiber is even widely used for manufacturing different types of cotton clothes, carpets, curtains, etc. Today people prefer wearing dresses made from cotton. Therefore demand of cotton is high and even it is exported in different countries.

4. Cotton Seeds

We provide to our esteemed clients a wide range of Cotton seeds. What we produce and manufacture is widely demand across the globe. Cotton seeds provided by us are useful for solvent industry. The wide spectrum of cotton seeds can be availed at very reasonable prices. We are the producer of quality of cotton seed remain after ginning. Cotton seed dry in our large compound to remove moisture from it. After removal of moisture we use it for cotton seed oil cake and delinting. 5. Cotton Seed (Delinted)

Once the short fiber is removed from the cotton seed, it is used for solvent industry and cattle feed. Delinted cotton seed is as good as Cotton seed oil cake, which contains good protein and oil. These cotton seeds can be availed in different packaging sizes depending upon the demands of the clients.

 

6. Cotton Seed Oil Cake

These product is best used for cattle feed. The gamut of cottonseed oil cake offered by us is excellent in quality by its thickness as it contains more protein and oil which is known as Dharti Brand in Domestic market. 7. Cotton Seed Oil (Unrefined Oil)

These products are extracted from the cotton seeds. The offered range of product is an unrefined lose oil and is supplied and demanded by Edible Oil Refinery Plants. These products are stored in high capacity storage tanks. Some of the features of these products are Rich in nutrients and Hygienically processed.
