  • Raw Cotton is purchased by experienced personals from fields.
  • Experienced supervisors & online QC looks after the production work .
  • Raw cotton & bales are kept on PUCCA raised platform & covered over by sheds to prevent contamination.
  • Plastic strips are used for strapping bales to avoid contamination by rust.
  • Use grease instead of oil in gear boxes to prevent contamination with oil
  • Engage extra labours to remove contaminants while forming Seed cotton heaps.
  • Plastic, Twigs, Hairs & Other foreign particles are sorted manually from Raw cotton by workers.
  • Tobacco packs, Cigarrates, Bidi etc are not allowed in the factory premises.

 

Quality Assurance

We have regular testing of our products at competent GOVT. approved laboratories.

  • Transport Seed cotton from market yard to ginnery in truck to protect it from the sun, rain and dust.
  • We keep factory premises clean; provide rubbish bins and spittoons at different places.
  • Heap of Seed cotton on clean, paved platforms or in well ventilated, covered warehouse.
  • Engage extra labors to remove contaminants while forming Seed cotton heaps.
  • Dry moist Seed cotton in the sun to limit moisture content to within 7-9 percent.
  • Provide all workers with white cotton clothing to wear and caps to cover their heads so that hair may not contaminate the cotton.
  • Handle all materials such as seed cotton, seed and lint with care to avoid mixing with foreign matter.
  • Use grease instead of oil in gear boxes to prevent contamination with oil
  • Maintain proper overlap setting and ensure periodical grooving of leather roller to avoid seed cut and fibre breakage.
  • Remove metal wires, bolts, machine parts, leather pieces, spilt oil etc. to prevent their entry into seed cotton/lint.
  • Before feeding to baling press once again ensure that on extraneous matter gets in to the lint Use new iron straps.
  • Use quick drying good quality ink to print specification on bale cover printed label made of cotton or plastic steel is preferable
  • To store cotton bales in a covered warehouse to avert their exposure to wind, rain, dust etc.
